PET-FREE PROPERTY POLICY

Vegas Glamping Is a Strictly Pet-Free Property

Vegas Glamping does not accept pets of any kind anywhere on the property.

Our pet-free policy applies to the entire Vegas Glamping property, including all accommodations, tents, suites, common areas, outdoor areas, trails, parking areas, pathways, gathering spaces and surrounding grounds.

Please do not bring a pet with you with the expectation that an exception can be made upon arrival.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Dogs
  • Cats
  • Birds
  • Reptiles
  • Small animals
  • Exotic pets
  • Emotional support animals
  • Comfort animals
  • Companion animals
  • Therapy animals

Emotional support, therapy, comfort and companion animals are not considered service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and are therefore not exempt from our pet-free policy.

Why Are We Pet-Free?

Vegas Glamping is located on approximately 17 acres of natural desert habitat.

This is not a traditional hotel surrounded by parking lots and city streets. Wildlife lives here.

Guests regularly see and hear native wildlife throughout the property, and for many of our guests, experiencing the desert in its natural state is one of the reasons they choose to stay with us.

Bringing domestic animals onto the property can disturb wildlife, alter their normal behavior, create conflicts between animals and introduce unnecessary safety concerns for wildlife, guests and the visiting animal.

For these reasons, outside pets are not permitted.

Our policy is similar to policies used by wildlife preserves, zoos, safari properties and other environments where protecting resident wildlife must take priority.

Our Guests Choose Us Because We Are Pet-Free

Being pet-free is also part of the experience we intentionally provide.

Some guests specifically seek out Vegas Glamping because they want a peaceful environment without barking dogs, unfamiliar animals, pet odors or other disruptions commonly associated with pet-friendly accommodations.

Some are taking a break from busy homes.

Some live next door to barking dogs.

Some simply want silence.

And some pet owners love their animals very much while also recognizing that occasionally, everybody deserves a little vacation from one another.

Your dog might enjoy a vacation from you too.

Vegas Glamping is designed as a place to disconnect, slow down and focus on yourself for a while.

Please Do Not Arrive With a Pet

If you arrive at Vegas Glamping with a pet or other prohibited animal, the animal will not be permitted onto the property and must be removed from the property.

We cannot place pets in another accommodation, keep them elsewhere on the property or make a temporary exception.

Pets may also not be left inside vehicles on the property as an alternative to complying with this policy.

Guests are responsible for making appropriate arrangements for their animals before traveling to Vegas Glamping.

Forgetting the policy, overlooking the policy, assuming an exception would be made, or failing to ask about pets before arrival does not create an exception.

If a guest is unable or unwilling to stay because they arrived with a prohibited animal, the reservation remains subject to the applicable cancellation and refund terms. No refund, credit, cancellation exception or reimbursement will be provided solely because a guest arrived with an animal prohibited under this policy.

Please make boarding, pet-sitting or other arrangements before your trip.

Emotional Support, Therapy & Comfort Animals

We understand that animals can provide tremendous companionship and emotional support.

However, under the ADA, emotional support animals, comfort animals, therapy animals and companion animals are different from individually trained service animals.

Therefore:

Emotional support animals are not permitted.
Therapy animals are not permitted.
Comfort animals are not permitted.
Companion animals are not permitted.

These animals are treated as pets for purposes of our property policy.

Trained Service Animals

Vegas Glamping respects the rights of guests with disabilities who use trained service animals and complies with applicable disability-access laws.

A service animal is not a pet.

Because Vegas Glamping operates within a natural wildlife environment, the presence of an outside animal may create circumstances involving resident wildlife that would not normally exist at a conventional hotel.

Where permitted by applicable law, access involving a service animal may therefore be subject to legitimate wildlife and safety restrictions if the animal’s presence would create a direct threat, fundamentally alter the nature of an activity or create another circumstance recognized under applicable disability-access law.

Any such determination will be based on the particular circumstances rather than assumptions about an animal or disability.

A service animal must remain under the control of its handler and meet all requirements imposed by applicable law.

Guests traveling with a trained service animal are strongly encouraged to contact Vegas Glamping before arrival so that we can discuss the property’s natural wildlife environment and help make the visit as safe and smooth as possible.

Wildlife Comes First

The desert surrounding Vegas Glamping is their home.

The rabbits, birds, coyotes and other native wildlife that move through this property were here before our tents, our guests and our business.

We want them to continue feeling safe here.

Our goal is to allow guests to experience this environment without unnecessarily changing it.

That means admiring wildlife from a respectful distance, never feeding it, never chasing it and never introducing domestic pets into its habitat.

But We Really Do Love Your Pets ❤️

A pet-free property does not mean we are anti-pet.

Quite the opposite.

We know many of our guests have very loved dogs waiting for them at home.

That’s why we keep doggy treats at check-in.

Take one home.

Tell them you missed them.

They don’t need to know how much you enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Before You Book

By making a reservation at Vegas Glamping, guests acknowledge that they are booking a pet-free property and are responsible for making appropriate arrangements for any animals before arrival.

No pets anywhere on the property.
No emotional support animals.
No comfort or companion animals.
No therapy animals.

Trained service animals are handled separately in accordance with applicable law and the wildlife-safety considerations described above.

Thank you for helping us protect the wildlife, preserve the quiet and keep Vegas Glamping the peaceful desert sanctuary our guests come here to experience.
