Vegas Glamping Camp Policies and Guidelines
Welcome to Vegas Glamping! To ensure all guests enjoy a safe and peaceful stay, please familiarize yourself with our camp policies.
General Policies
1. Check-in/Check-out
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Late check-outs must be arranged in advance with management
2. Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Please be mindful of other guests during these hours
- Keep voices low and music at minimal volume
- No gatherings or outdoor activities during quiet hours
3. Smoking Policy
- Vegas Glamping is a 100% non-smoking property
- This includes all forms of smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes
- No smoking is permitted in or around tents, common areas, or anywhere on the property
- Violation of this policy will result in a deep cleaning fee of $250
4. Transportation and Access
- Shuttle service operates from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily
- All shuttle rides must be booked in advance
- Only off-road vehicles are permitted to drive to camp spots
- Standard vehicles must park in designated areas (see Transportation Policy)
Safety and Security
1. Fire Safety
- No open fires except in designated fire pits
- Fire pits may only be used when conditions permit
- Never leave fires unattended
- Fully extinguish all fires before leaving or going to sleep
2. Wildlife
- Do not feed or approach wildlife
- Keep food stored securely
- Properly dispose of all food waste
- Report any concerning wildlife activity to staff
3. Emergency Procedures
- In case of emergency, contact staff immediately
- First aid kits are available at the main hut
- Know your tent location for emergency services
Amenities and Services
1. Common Areas
- Please keep all common areas clean and tidy
- Return furniture to its original position after use
- Dispose of trash in designated containers
- Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly
2. Waste Management
- Separate recyclables from general waste
- Use designated bins for different types of waste
- Pack out what you pack in
- Never leave food waste outside
3. Conservation
- Minimize water usage
- Turn off lights and heating/cooling when leaving your tent
- Stay on designated paths
- Respect plant and wildlife habitats
Guest Conduct
1. Noise and Behavior
- Be respectful of other guests at all times
- No loud music or excessive noise at any time
- No disruptive behavior
- Parents must supervise children at all times
2. Property Care
- Report any damages immediately
- Do not remove items from tents or common areas
-Do not remove rocks, cacti, plants, sand, etc from the property
- Keep tent doors closed to prevent dust and wildlife entry
- No unauthorized modifications to camp facilities
3. Visitors
- Only registered guests are permitted on property
Prohibited Items
1. The following items are not permitted:
- Firearms or weapons
- Fireworks or explosives
- Illegal substances
- External sound systems
- Generators
- Drones without prior permission
Policy Enforcement
1. Violation of Policies
- First violation: written warning
- Second violation: Guest may be asked to leave without refund
- Serious violations may result in immediate eviction
2. Damages
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay
- Security deposits may be retained to cover damages
- Additional charges may apply for extensive damages
